As we are always preaching: We are what we Eat. The foods we eat provide us with our daily energy and more importantly help aid us with recovery. Regardless if we are recovering from a workout, a long weekend or just dealing with health issues, the foods we eat can make a world if difference for our health. We need to make sure we are eating all the food groups and more importantly getting essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and our micro and macro nutrients.
