6 Week Program for Ages 5- 12 years
Class designed to develop mobility, strength, body awareness and fundamental movement patterns that will translate into any athlete’s performance. Classes will be held Fridays from 6:00 - 6:45 PM (5-8 years) and 6:45 - 7:30 PM (9-12 years). We keep the class sizes small (max. 8) to ensure proper instruction for all athletes.
