Coach Henry
CAD Manager by day, CrossFit coach...also by day! He loves the color orange, his favorite movie is Christmas Vacation, he has a mild infatuation with Jackie Chan, and truly believes that Puns are the highest form of humor. Want to make a good impression with this coach? Tell him a dad joke - or at least laugh at his. Even more, he enjoys learning new skills and passing that knowledge onto others. He stepped into his first CrossFit class in 2012, and was instantly hooked. Since then, he has become USAW Level 1 certified, and a CrossFit Level 2 coach. Nothing makes him happier in class than helping people exceed their expectations and achieve their goals. When he’s not at the gym or work, Henry loves going on adventures (or even to the grocery store) with his amazing wife and 3 incredible children. They are his support, inspiration, and reason for being.
