OVERVIEW
Today’s WOD is a couplet of sumo deadlift high pulls and double unders. Even though the bar weight is light for the SDHP, the volume and pace of the reps should be plenty to get the heart racing before heading into the jump rope work. Expect heavy breathing from the start that does not let up. This will be a good test of how much we can push through, while preserving form and coordination.
