OVERVIEW
Today’s WOD is another couplet, only this time we’ll be focusing on 2 simple bodyweight movements. Push-ups and squats. The reps for each round are just high enough to force us into some planned breaks in order to prevent fatigue from setting in too soon. We’ll finish up with a little more bodyweight work for our midline.
