Clean & Jerks today! Today is 100% Olympic lifting. We will look to establish a 1 rep max for our Clean & Jerk. Power clean, full squat clean, push jerk, split jerk - use whichever variation allows you to move the most weight with good form. We want you to test your limits today. There should be missed/failed lifts, and that’s alright.
