Deadlifts and pull-ups. Hamstrings and upper back will get some work done during the course of this 20 minute EMOM. Each round will consist of 3 deadlifts (approx. 70% of 1rm) and 5 pull-ups. Expect your heart rate to elevate and hold steady throughout this unsuspecting breather. Be sure to mind that grip too...
