Mobility Challenge Day 14

Retest!


We’ve spent the last 2 weeks mobilizing, mashing, stretching, and hopefully, improving our bottom squat position. Today we test the work put in so far


Areas of focus:

  • Neutral foot position. Feet straight forward

  • Arms at 90, neutral spine

  • Smooth ride to the bottom

Thanks Henry ! Having some right hip issues so I had to modify a lot of the mobility moves. Haven’t been to my chiropractor in over a month , hopefully next week . I will keep working on this going forward 🤓
