Mobility Challenge Day 11

Adductor mash-up

Today we’ll spend some time smashing our adductors before building up to our 10 minute squat hold

Areas of focus:

  • Lying on your stomach with one leg to the side, work on extending and rotating through different positions to smash the tissue on the inside of the thigh

  • Start just above the knee, working slowly up the leg
