Stuffed peppers are good in the oven or on the grill. Here is a stuffed pepper that can be eaten by itself for a meal or as a side dish. Using different cheeses such as cream cheese, vegetable cream cheese, ricotta and other cheese options provide a wide variety of taste and compliment most meals. Get creative and see what you can come up with. Prep and cook time in under and hour.
