Mobility Challenge Day 2

Now that we've tested our squat, and given ourselves a baseline, we can begin working toward a greater range of motion.


For our first area of focus will be hip mobilization. We won't be focusing on stretching soft tissue, but rather "resetting" the hip joint itself.
