Don't be a tight quad!


Today we'll focus on a much neglected area - THE QUADS

One of our biggest movers in the squat, we need a great range from our quads if we expect to squat deep. Enter, the couch stretch.


Areas of focus:

  • Keep the down knee in line with your belly button

  • Maintain a straight line from the down knee, through the hips and shoulders, without arching the back

  • Squeeze the GLUTES! If we cannot activate our glutes, we've gone beyond our beneficial range.
