Mobility Challenge Day 7

Hammies!!!


Today we focus on loading, then extending our hamstrings. They are the ying to our quads yang, and it’s important they work together


Areas of focus:

  • Begin by pulling the knee down to the chest as far as it will go

  • From this position, we will extend the leg by contracting our quads (not letting the knee leave the chest)

  • Build up to 5-6 min on each side, working through different angles and positions

  • DO NOT remain stationary

Finish with a 6 min Squat, keeping balance while moving through as many end range positions as possible


Bonus: 1 min each side hip Capsolization (day 2)
