Today we focus on loading, then extending our hamstrings. They are the ying to our quads yang, and it’s important they work together
Areas of focus:
Begin by pulling the knee down to the chest as far as it will go
From this position, we will extend the leg by contracting our quads (not letting the knee leave the chest)
Build up to 5-6 min on each side, working through different angles and positions
DO NOT remain stationary
Finish with a 6 min Squat, keeping balance while moving through as many end range positions as possible
Bonus: 1 min each side hip Capsolization (day 2)
