Mobility Challenge Day 9

Ankle scrubbing!

Today we’ll spend a little more time working on the ankles and surrounding tissue before building up to an 8 minute squat

Areas of focus:

  • Scrubbing the skin on our Achilles tendon. making sure we loosen up any connection points before we begin to mash

  • Mashing! Applying pressure with subtle back and forth motion to help soften the tendon
